Greet, recognize, orient, teach the phone-first arrival, and capture friction in SOFI’s shared flow.

You do not

Handle billing, cancellations, passwords, refunds, routine support, or keep separate guest records.

The role ends

When the arrival system works reliably without hidden intervention—not after an invented calendar promise.
