Pre-launch privacy notice
SOFI collects the minimum needed to process a Founder request, evaluate an instructor application, communicate with you, and operate the launch safely.

SOFI uses the contact details, selected tier, agreement version, and consent record you provide to record and manage your request. Before successful payment method validation, the request holds no spot or rate and consumes no Founder capacity. The system keeps the evidence needed to honor your withdrawal, cancellation, and contract rights.

Your bank account or card details go directly to Stripe on its hosted page. Saving a payment method validates it; it does not charge it. SOFI does not receive or store your account or card number. It keeps only the provider references and validation status needed to confirm a spot and rate after successful validation and manage the request or membership.

SOFI uses professional application information only to evaluate and communicate about teaching opportunities. An applicant may optionally upload a PDF, DOC, or DOCX resume up to 5 MB. The file is stored privately, is available only to an authorized operator through a short-lived access link, and is deleted or made unreadable when the application is redacted.

The launch system uses Stripe for payment handling, Brevo for transactional email, Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for website hosting, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection.
SOFI does not sell personal information or share it for advertising. For access, correction, deletion, or an application withdrawal, open one private SOFI support request.
Choose “Something else” and state the privacy action you want. In the private request, include only the name and email used on the application so authorized staff can match it. Do not include resume contents, identification numbers, card details, or medical information.
This page describes the current pre-launch system. We keep Founder request, consent, cancellation, and applicant records only as long as needed to operate the relationship, honor legal rights, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations; eligible data is then deleted or anonymized.
